Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, software and services provided by Logiverse Technologies ("Logiverse", "we", "us"). By subscribing to or using our services, you ("the Customer") agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Logiverse provides cloud-based and on-premise institute, coaching and college management software (the "Service"), including modules for admissions, fee collection, attendance, examinations, communication and related functionality, together with implementation, training and support as agreed in your order.

2. Accounts & access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your accounts. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Access is granted on a role basis; you must ensure your users only access data appropriate to their role.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense or copy the software.
• Do not upload malicious code or attempt to breach the security of the platform.
• Ensure you have the necessary consents to enter personal data (including students' and parents' data).

4. Fees & payment

Subscription fees, one-time setup and any add-on charges are as stated in your order or invoice. Fees are payable in advance for the subscription term unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may result in suspension of the Service after prior notice.

5. Intellectual property

All rights, title and interest in the Service, software and documentation remain with Logiverse. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription. Your data remains yours.

6. Data protection

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You remain the data fiduciary for your institution's data.

7. Service availability & support

We aim for high availability and provide support as per your plan. Occasional maintenance or factors beyond our control (e.g. internet outages, force majeure) may affect availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by such factors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logiverse's total liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

9. Suspension & termination

Either party may terminate the subscription per the agreed notice period. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. On termination, we will make your data available for export as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the place of our registered office.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
